Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Four years coordinating, monitoring and processing health/social/vocational cases; two years supervising staff.
• Two years of computer support, applications analysis and/or data security/testing preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for technical assistance via phone, chat, email, or in person.
• Provide on-demand technical support for VIP users and ensure system availability.
• Install, configure and test software and operating systems; set up hardware for internal/external users.
• Troubleshoot browsers and network connectivity; configure laptops/desktops for agencies as needed.
