Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of Service Desk/Help Desk/Desktop Support experience.
• Basic Windows 10/11 support experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for technology incidents and service requests.
• Provide support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, software, and connectivity issues.
• Log, prioritize, and manage support tickets.
• Configure and deploy devices and assist with onboarding/offboarding.
