Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent IT experience.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as first point of contact for internal users via phone, email, or ticket.
• Log and track requests in Jira.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 and cloud apps including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning.
