Palm Beach State College is seeking an IT Service Desk Representative to provide first-line technical support to students, faculty and staff. Under direct supervision, you will troubleshoot issues, route requests and escalate where needed.

You will log incidents, track resolutions and communicate status while delivering courteous, timely service. A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays, is required to meet college needs.
