Holland & Knight in Tampa, FL is seeking an IT Service Desk Support Specialist to provide 1st/2nd level help desk support for corporate software, hardware, and networks. You will handle password resets, user onboarding, and incident logging in a ticket system.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years as a corporate help desk professional, plus basic technical certifications and strong communication skills. This role is based in the firm’s Tampa operations center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of level one help desk experience in a corporate environment.
• Basic technical certifications (A+, Network+, MCP) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone and email support for corporate software, hardware, peripherals, and networks.
• Manage access and reset passwords; assist with onboarding/offboarding.
• Troubleshoot PC, printer, and network issues and document in ticket system.
• Perform 2nd level support as needed and document resolutions.
