Faith Technologies, Inc. (FTI) is seeking a Business Technology Intern to support a BT team while gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment. You’ll work with team members on projects, incidents, and day-to-day operations, using phone, email and collaboration tools.

This internship emphasizes attention to detail, customer service, and problem-solving as you learn established procedures and contribute to service desk and end-user support tasks, with travel 5-15%.

Qualifications

• Pursuing IT/CS/Data Science/Engineering or related field.
• Relevant coursework, projects or internships related to construction or project management are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel 5-15%.
• Flexible schedule Monday–Friday, 7 AM–5 PM.

Responsibilities

• Completes tasks for BT Supervisor following documented processes.
• Logs activities in the service monitoring system.
• Acts as a single point of contact for the BT Department to log requests/incidents.
• Responds to Level 1 support requests via phone, email, chat or other methods.
• Enters or updates call information and communicates professionally with customers.
• Escalates calls as appropriate.
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses minor hardware/software issues under guidance.
• Follows up to ensure customer satisfaction.
