Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking a Service Desk Associate I to provide frontline IT support to Associates across hardware, software, and mobile devices. You will resolve issues, reset passwords, and manage access requests for multiple systems including Workday and ServiceNow.

This role requires proactive problem solving, strong communication, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced retail distribution environment located in Beloit, Wisconsin. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Provide frontline IT support for Associates via phone, email, and self-service portal.
• Document incidents, requests, and resolutions with triage notes for knowledge base.
• Assist with setup and provisioning of accounts, devices, and applications.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot POS, printers, and network-related problems.
• Coordinate with Level 2+ teams and vendors as needed.
