Blitt and Gaines, P.C. seeks a Service Desk Analyst to support employees’ IT needs, diagnosing hardware, software, identity and access, and application issues. You will document troubleshooting steps and manage service requests from intake through resolution.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly with tech and non-technical users, prioritizes by severity, and maintains accurate support documentation to ensure efficient service delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Associate / Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent job experience.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance via phone and email.
• Own service desk tickets end-to-end, from intake and prioritization through resolution and closure.
• Perform effective troubleshooting on issues presented by the customer with clear steps for various technical levels.
• Triage complex issues and escalate to Tier 2 or Tier 3 as needed.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference.
• Identify service desk trends and opportunities to improve processes.
• Maintain Asset Inventory database and ensure accurate accountability.
• Assist in standard Windows workstation configuration and device setup for new hires.
