Job summary

Flynn Group is seeking an entry-level Level I Service Desk specialist in Ohio to act as the first point of contact for endpoint users. You will log incidents, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate unresolved issues to Level II support while maintaining strong customer service standards.

The role requires 1-3 years IT experience, solid communication skills, and the ability to type 40 wpm. A flexible hybrid work arrangement is offered, with in-office hours four days a week and remote Fridays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is a plus
• 1-3 years IT or related field experience required
• ITIL and/or HDI experience/certifications are a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents and problems and log accurately
• Escalate to Level II Service Desk after troubleshooting
• Collaborate with Level II Service Desk to stay updated on hardware/software
• Create and update knowledge articles
• Fulfill hardware requests via device configuration and coordination with Tech Depot
• Retrieve surveillance videos and deliver to Risk department as defined
