Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI clearance with poly eligibility required.
• DOD 8140 certification required (Security+ minimum).
• Education/experience equivalence per degree: HS diploma with 12+ yrs, AA with 10+, BS/BA with 8+, MS/MA with 6+, PhD with 4+ yrs.

Responsibilities

• Bridge technical execution and governance to ensure IT services meet quality, compliance, and performance benchmarks.
• Oversee Incident, Problem, and Change Management to minimize service disruptions.
• Drive governance policies, regulations, schedules, and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Develop and track CSI initiatives and quantify operational performance.
