Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of four years of operational AF DCGS experience.
• ITIL v4 certification.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as Remedy, ServiceNow or Solutions Business Manager.

Responsibilities

• Promote and implement ITSM principles and processes across groups interacting with Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management for the AF-DCGS Enterprise Service Desk.
• Collaborate with government and senior staff to prepare schedules, milestones, assignments, and progress briefings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through leadership, meeting deadlines, mentoring teams, and effective decision-making.
• Ensure Operational Support Agreements and client expectations are met; engage with stakeholders to communicate solutions or issues.
• Facilitate collaboration between geographically separated teams and drive continuous process improvements in incident and problem management.
