Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience implementing ITIL Framework in an IT environment.
• Strong background supporting core ITSM functions (Event, Incident, and Configuration Management).
• Experience with IT service ticketing systems and ServiceNow dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for Incident Management frameworks and ensure compliance with policies.
• Actively participate in Change Control Meetings and oversee Change Management lifecycle.
• Support strategic planning and governance of ITSM Event processes.
• Ensure accurate management of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Apply process improvement methodologies to enhance service delivery workflows.
