Qualifications

• Leadership of IT service delivery and enterprise applications teams.
• Experience with SaaS and enterprise apps like Salesforce, NetSuite, Google Workspace.
• Strong ITIL/HDI fundamentals and KPI-driven improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead two operating functions: Enterprise Applications support and IT Help Desk.
• Define workstreams, owners, outcomes, and cadence for service delivery.
• Coach staff, manage performance, and ensure SLA achievement.
• Own end-to-end service performance and customer communication.
• Collaborate with Systems Operations, Identity, Security, and owners.
