Job summary

Radiant is seeking a Technical Program Manager, IT & Security, to own visibility and delivery across eight concurrent programs across multiple sites, including Idaho and Tennessee. You’ll keep teams aligned, unblock blockers, and deliver against a single, visible schedule.

You’ll coordinate with facilities, engineering, and external partners, drive governance, and ensure regulatory requirements like CMMC/NIST SP 800-171 are integrated into the portfolio delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years managing technical programs or projects, including infrastructure and security.
• Experience delivering IT infrastructure into new construction or multi-site facilities.
• Hands-on Jira and Confluence setup with adopted workflows and dashboards.
• Ability to read architecture diagrams and discuss infrastructure with engineers.
• Coordinate IT scope with facilities and GC milestones in construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Build the system of record for tracking IT and security programs with reporting.
• Manage operating cadence: status meetings, cross-functional reviews, action follow-up.
• Maintain schedules, risks, milestones across eight programs with escalation process.
• Produce network diagrams, project charters, status reports and executive summaries.
• Support CMMC/NIST 800-171 programs with milestone plans and remediation coordination.
