Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with a data center background to lead complex hardware and software programs in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role is based in Santa Clara, CA and requires coordinating with global engineering teams and multiple stakeholders across product engineering and test engineering.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in TPM or related roles, proven data center expertise, and hands-on Python scripting for automation and data

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles.
Strong data center environment and infrastructure program experience.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-changing environment.
Familiarity with Python for automation, data analysis, or engineering workflows.
Good understanding of server hardware, system architecture, and data center technologies.
Experience collaborating with global engineering teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.
