Job summary

GCS Recruitment is seeking a Technical Project Manager with IT and security experience to lead multiple IT projects, coordinating cross-functional teams across technical, security, business, and compliance.

You will build schedules, manage risks, apply Scrum, Kanban or traditional PM methods, and report progress to leadership. Strong Microsoft Office and project tools proficiency is required; PMP/CSM is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management experience in IT environments.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting IAM or security-related projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and complex dependencies.
• Strong risk management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and traditional project management approaches.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent IT projects from planning through completion.
• Build and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and critical paths.
• Coordinate work across technical, security, business, and compliance teams.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints.
• Apply Agile or traditional project management methods based on project needs.
• Lead project meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate updates to leadership.
