Job summary

GCS Recruitment in Atlanta seeks an IT Project Manager to lead Agile delivery for IAM/security initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and communicate status to executives.

You’ll balance competing priorities, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment from planning through delivery. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in IT project management with at least 2 years in IAM/security, strong stakeholder engagement, and proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and

Qualifications

3–5+ years of IT project management experience.
At least 2 years focused on IAM or security projects.
Knowledge of IAM concepts: SSO, provisioning, RBAC, PAM.
Experience with Agile methodologies and traditional PM frameworks.
Strong organizational, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications preferred; IAM platform familiarity.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple project plans and coordinate parallel workstreams.
Sequence tasks and track milestones, dependencies and critical paths.
Facilitate collaboration among business, IT, security, and compliance teams.
Identify risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
Lead project meetings and ensure action items have clear owners.
Prepare concise status reports and professional PowerPoint presentations.
Maintain project documentation and identify opportunities for process improvement.
