Job summary

GCS Recruitment in Atlanta seeks an IT Project Manager to lead Agile delivery for IAM/security initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and communicate status to executives.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of IT project management experience.
• At least 2 years focused on IAM or security projects.
• Knowledge of IAM concepts: SSO, provisioning, RBAC, PAM.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and traditional PM frameworks.
• Strong organizational, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications preferred; IAM platform familiarity.

Strong project management is about more than tracking deadlines. It's about anticipating challenges, aligning teams, managing dependencies, and making sure everyone understands what needs to happen next.

We're seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with IAM or security project experience who can manage competing priorities, facilitate collaboration, and communicate project status effectively to stakeholders and executive leadership.

What you'll be responsible for:
