Job summary

GCS Recruitment is seeking an IAM-focused Project Manager to coordinate complex initiatives involving multiple technical and business teams in Tempe, AZ. You will translate objectives into actionable plans, manage dependencies, and report progress to stakeholders.

You will work with security and IT teams, oversee risks, and drive delivery through established PM practices. Prior IAM/securities experience and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years IT project management experience, including at least 2 years in IAM or security-related projects.
• Understanding of identity lifecycle management, user provisioning, SSO, RBAC, authentication, or privileged access management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, along with traditional project management methods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IAM and security-related initiatives across multiple teams.
• Manage parallel workstreams, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Work with technical, security, business, and compliance stakeholders.
• Monitor risks, track issues, and proactively address potential delays.
• Support project planning, meetings, documentation, and delivery.
• Communicate project status, critical paths, and risks through clear reports and presentations.
