Job summary

GCS Recruitment is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead Identity & Access Management initiatives. You will coordinate multiple IAM projects, align with security teams, and report on progress to executives.

The role requires solid IT project management experience, IAM knowledge, and proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of IT project management experience.
• At least 2 years of IAM or security-related project experience.
• Knowledge of IAM concepts such as SSO, provisioning, RBAC, authentication, or PAM.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and traditional project management practices.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT and IAM projects from initiation through delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Coordinate technical, security, business, and compliance stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, resolve issues, and develop mitigation plans.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain accountability for deliverables.
• Prepare project status reports and executive presentations.
