StudyFetch Inc. is hiring an IT & Security Operations Intern to support onboarding, hardware provisioning, access management, and compliance across our growing organization in Beverly Hills, CA.

You’ll work closely with the IT engineer and be the first point of contact for new hires needing laptops, accounts, or access help. The role emphasizes hands-on work from week one, with exposure to Google Workspace, Slack, cloud roles, and security tooling, while leveraging internal AI tools to automate

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently finished a degree or program in CS, IT, information systems, cybersecurity or similar.
• Comfortable on macOS and the command line.
• Organized and reliable with credentials and access lists; clear, friendly communicator who follows up.
• Already uses AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or similar) to work faster.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new hires end to end: create Google Workspace and Slack accounts and provision tools.
• Set up and track hardware: image and hand off MacBooks; manage inventory.
• Offboard users: remove access across systems efficiently.
• Handle access requests: triage GitHub repos, Google Cloud roles, storage buckets; apply least privilege.
• Ensure compliance: use Vanta for security training and audits within SLA; maintain vendor/app inventory.
• Automate routine tasks using internal AI agent for scripts and small tools.
• Support the team: answer IT questions, prep machines for demos, document fixes.
