Job summary

CAE Vision in Altus, Oklahoma is seeking an experienced IT leader to head the customer service/helpdesk team, maintain database and network security, and oversee access controls across multiple locations worldwide.

You will coordinate software and hardware deployments, manage backups, and drive process improvements while supporting remote users and ensuring high system availability for critical operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, SE or equivalent.
• 5+ years in IT field or related experience.
• Knowledge of host and client/server architectures and network migration.
• Experience with Windows Server and end-user software; Active Directory, NTFS, Exchange.
• MCSE/CCNA/CISSP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Help Desk and support team; ensure security and backups.
• Manage user accounts, schema changes, and database storage.
• Perform daily/weekly backups and monitor system performance.
• Coordinate hardware/software deployments and remote support.
• Provide technical guidance and implement process improvements.
