Vizcom is seeking an IT & Security Manager in San Francisco, CA, to own day‑to‑day IT and security operations. This hands‑on role covers identity management, device management, and SaaS administration, reporting to the Head of People and collaborating with Compliance & Trust and engineering.

You will build scalable IT processes and ensure secure access across the company. You’ll lead incident response, security monitoring, and vendor escalation while maintaining documentation and compliance

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in IT, IT Operations, Systems Administration, Security Operations, or similar hands‑on role.
• Experience supporting internal IT operations within a growing organization, ideally in a startup or tech company.
• Strong experience supporting macOS in a managed environment.
• Identity and access management including SSO, MFA, and provisioning.
• Experience administering Google Workspace, Slack, and other SaaS tools.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary point of contact and owner for day-to-day employee IT support across multiple platforms and tools.
• Own Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support, troubleshooting login, MFA, VPN, and device issues.
• Establish simple IT support request processes with clear response/resolution times.
• Escalate issues to vendors or engineering with steps and logs for resolution.
• Manage identity and access across systems, including account provisioning and deactivation.
• Administer core employee systems and SaaS apps like Google Workspace and Slack.
• Apply least-privilege principles and identify stale accounts or excessive permissions.
• Own device management, including MDM, endpoint security, encryption, patching, and deployment.
• Maintain hardware lifecycle, inventory, repairs, replacements, and disposal.
• Collaborate on onboarding/offboarding, including access removal and credential revocation.
• Monitor security controls with Compliance & Trust and support audits and SOC2/ISO initiatives.
• Document systems, ownership, and recovery procedures.
