Hours of work/work schedule/flextime: Monday – Friday, with some afterhours work for collaboration with overseas colleagues. No OT anticipated.

Job Description:

Looking for a Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management Platform Delivery Lead for ERP Transformation work. Will partner with Value Stream Leads, Solution Architect, Factory (CA and Developer), Functional Analyst (GSM), Change management, and Business power users of each business/site implementation from initial engagement through deployment. This role requires SAP S/4 HANA solutioning experience in LES space, including IM/MM/Procurement, extended warehouse management, and integration with PP/QM/SD and Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

Day to Day Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for hands-on ERP deployment project work, collaborating with IT and business counterparts to track project progress and validate solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
2. Lead work streams, working with business, legacy data, and IT teams to ensure timely deployment without impacting project timelines.
3. Manage cross-team communication, conduct risk assessments, and develop mitigation plans to maintain project health and gain support from the program management office.
4. Lead or participate in process, security, data, and reporting requirement sessions; manage testing, training, data migration, and cut-over activities in partnership with Change Management teams.
5. Engage early with business and IT during business readiness phases to gather requirements, develop business cases, and identify gaps for standardization and project delivery.
6. Support live sites in resolving operational issues by guiding correct business processes and available solutions.

Note: Up to 25% domestic travel may be required.

Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field (minimum)
• Master's degree preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 10+ years of SAP Procurement, EWM, and Logistics Execution Solution architecture experience in large-scale projects and dynamic environments.

Skills:

• Expertise in SAP EWM and Procurement (RTP) solutioning.
• Knowledge of integration with PP/QM, SD, and MES.
• Thorough understanding of LES, EWM business processes, Procurement, and Accounts Payable.
• Project management skills including communication, scheduling, scope, and risk management.
• Fluency in English.
• Cross-functional communication skills.
• Self-management, accountability, and proactive attitude.
• MDG skills focusing on Material and Vendor Master data are advantageous.
