Job summary

Proconex in the United States is seeking an Information Technology & Solutions (IT&S) Operations Manager to lead the Infrastructure, Security, and Employee Technology & Support teams. You will steer day-to-day enterprise technology services, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with business leaders to align IT with growth goals.

You will champion cybersecurity, automation, standardized operations, and data-driven decision making while mentoring staff and managing partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS/Business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in IT operations, infrastructure, service delivery, or tech support.
• 3+ years leading IT teams and service delivery functions.
• 3+ years supporting enterprise infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and IT support services.
• 3+ years driving automation, process standardization, and operational excellence.
• 3+ years prioritizing resources in a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily IT operations to ensure availability, performance, security, and reliability.
• Own IT service delivery processes and end-user technology experience.
• Develop procedures, standards, and best practices for IT operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop Infrastructure, Service Delivery, and IT Support teams.
• Monitor metrics and trends to drive continuous improvement and cost optimization.
• Oversee security initiatives, backup, DR, and business continuity planning.
• Partner with vendors and strategic technology partners; manage budget inputs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership on IT priorities.
