Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a business analyst to participate in analysis and process design across functional areas such as finance, sales, and manufacturing. You will help define application scope and objectives, translate capabilities to business terms, and assist in building reports.

You will develop relationships with IT and other departments to ensure successful implementations, learn to manage priorities, and deliver milestones while keeping customers satisfied.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the specified fields with emphasis in a functional area.
• Zero to two years of experience in the relevant functional area and one package implementation.
• Business understanding in one functional area and industry experience preferred.

Learn to develop and maintain good relationships with customers and IT colleagues to meet expected customer service levels- Participate in preparing, coordinating, and executing appropriate unit (functional), integration and volume tests to ensure successful implementation and support effortsQUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Business Analytics or Data Analytics or Business Administration with an emphasis in a specific functional area- Zero to two years of experience in relevant functional area, limited experience with application package modules, and one package implementation- Business understanding in one functional area, as well as an understanding of the organization's industry will be preferred.- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express technical concepts in business terms- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills- Strong work ethic and good team playerPay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.
