Andersen Corporation is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Corporate G&A Finance team. You will perform financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, journal entries, and reconciliations, partnering with HR and finance to drive performance.

You will build analyses, monitor cost structures and business metrics, and present insights to leaders. The role requires a BA/Finance, CPA/CMA preferred, and 2+ years of experience; ERP and Excel proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 2+ years of financial analysis experience.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting; Excel proficiency; ERP systems familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide finance support to HRCS and Finance organizations and partner with business leaders.
• Assess period-end performance to drive improved business outcomes and insights.
• Prepare and execute analyses for annual budget, expense trends, and outlooks, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Analyze financial metrics to answer questions from finance and business partners.
• Execute and assess financial analyses and reports for G&A management.
