Compensation is competitive, with a target range of $73,000–$83,000, plus a comprehensive Total Rewards package. Expect possible travel or relocation and meaningful mentorship from senior leadership throughout the program.

Qualifications

• GPA 3.0 or higher.
• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain and Operations Management.

This is a 2-year program focused on gaining cross-functional experience across supply chain, engineering, and production supervision job functions.
