The operations rotation will provide individuals the opportunity to provide quality leadership for value stream/ product lines including quality systems, data analysis, project prioritization and project management. The participant in this program will also gain an understanding in supplier quality, such as new component qualification. During the strategic quality rotation, the participant will work with members of new product development and commercialization teams, and suppliers through the commercialization process. The program provides mentorship and networking opportunities for members to help them grow professionally and personally by working on a board range of projects impacting a variety of different areas.Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.
