Job summary

United States Senate seeks an IT Request Processing Technician to assist customers with non-standard IT equipment purchases and initiate IT-approved purchase orders. You will leverage Excel knowledge to support procurement activities within a collaborative Technology Governance & Budget team.

You’ll work with Senate offices and internal teams to guide purchases from request through completion, processing orders, requisitions, invoices, and related tasks.

Join our Technology Governance & Budget team as an IT Request Processing Technician and help support the technology needs of the U.S. Senate community. In this role, you’ll work directly with Senate offices and internal teams to help guide technology purchases from request through completion, including processing orders, purchase requisitions, invoices, and other procurement activities. We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping others, pays attention to details, stays organized, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities.
