You will supervise release and incident management for CORE.NV, drive enterprise release planning, and coordinate deployment across technical teams, units, and vendors.

You will develop testing plans, promote IT service management best practices, and ensure production readiness for all feature releases while guiding budgeting, contracts, and resource
