Job summary

You will verify materials against client documentation, confirm traceability, and submit inspection reports with photographic evidence, typically within 24 hours of completing the assignment. Proficiency with Word/Excel is required, and lifting up to 25 pounds is expected.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as Electronics Technician, Quality Inspector, IT Hardware Technician, Inventory Specialist, or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when verifying part numbers, serial numbers, and quantities.
• Familiarity with networking hardware, electronic components, computers, or other IT equipment.
• Experience with inventory verification, documentation review, or material inspection.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare reports and submit photo evidence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently at supplier facilities.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and client-specific requirements.
• Ability to lift and move boxes and equipment weighing approximately 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to accept assignments, including short-notice inspections.

Responsibilities
