Job summary

The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in IT recruiting and at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of technical recruiting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in IT recruiting or staffing.
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading recruitment teams.
• Strong experience with US staffing (W2, C2C, 1099, contract roles).
• Proven track record of meeting hiring targets.
• Strong understanding of technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters.
• Drive full-cycle recruitment for IT roles.
• Partner with Sales teams to understand client requirements.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
• Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
