Job description

Opportunity for IT recruiter work from home.


Job type: Work from home

Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Working days: Monday to Saturday; (All Saturdays are half days)


CTC: Fixed CTC (up to 12k-15k depends upon interview feedback) + Incentives

Candidate should have their own laptop & WIFI.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Handling end-to-end IT recruitment for C2H/Contract to Hire.
  2. Understand the Project Requirements.
  3. Having strong experience in IT (C2H & Permanent) Staffing with Tier-1 IT clients.
  4. Sourcing quality and suitable candidates from target companies with the help of resources provided.
  5. Sourcing candidates through job portals like Naukri & LinkedIn, as well as through references and networks.
  6. Sourcing and screening profiles as per requirements.
  7. Coordinating weekday and weekend drives.
  8. Screening candidates based on educational qualifications, technical skills, communication skills, and experience.
  9. Creating a database skill-wise against given requirements.
  10. Formatting candidate profiles as per client requirements.
  11. Searching resumes through internal databases, references, and external entities like Boolean searches, mass mailing through job boards, job posting, and LinkedIn searches.
  12. Coordinating interviews of candidates with clients.
  13. Scheduling and tracking shortlisted candidates for interviews.
  14. Responsible for tracking offered candidates until they join the organization.
  15. Maintaining trackers & reports of candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. Experience: 1-4 years in IT recruitment (Permanent/C2H).
  2. Excellent communication skills.
  3. Experience working with Tier-1 IT clients for IT recruitment is preferred.

  • Work Type: Work from Home, Full-Time Remote Role (Candidates must have a high-quality laptop and a reliable high-speed internet connection).
