We are hiring an IT Recruiter (Work from Home). Only female candidates are eligible.

Job Description

Requirement Details:

• Position: Sr Recruiter (WFH)
• Qualification: B.Sc (Computers), BCA, MCA, B.Tech, BE, MBA (HR)
• Experience: Minimum 1.5 years and above

Work Details:

• Fully work from home with flexible timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Off on 2nd and 4th Saturday
• Maximum 3-month gap between jobs
• Must have own Laptop/Desktop with internet connection

Salary: Depends on experience

• 1.5 to 3 years: CTC 11k to 15k
• 3.5 to 5.5 years: CTC 16k to 20k

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Technically sound with knowledge of current technologies
• Familiar with client recruitment processes, tools, and profile uploading
• Independent, able to coordinate with client SPOCs
• Experience working with large clients; client details should be mentioned on CV
• Experience across major technologies, all technologies worked on should be listed on CV
• Strong technical skills
• Target: Minimum 12 joiners per month
