Southwest Search is seeking an IT Recruiter in Dallas, TX to proactively source, recruit, coordinate, and present high quality IT professionals to clients. The role involves using a variety of sourcing techniques and databases, coordinating interviews, and negotiating offers to exceed client expectations.

You will work closely with account managers, develop candidate pipelines, and contribute to a collaborative culture that values honesty, integrity, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in staffing industry as a recruiter or IT-related field.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with urgency.
• Proven track record of success; competitive and self-motivated.
• Excellent communications skills and integrity.

Responsabilités

• Define job order requirements with account managers.
• Recruit, interview, coach and develop candidates.
• Source candidates using Boolean and resume databases.
• Call candidates to pitch jobs and assess fit.
• Interview for contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire.
• Coordinate interviews, offers and negotiations.
• Screen and present qualified candidates to clients.
• Document candidate updates in UltraStaff.
• Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
• Create and execute new sourcing strategies.
