Responsibilities

Vinted operates a second-hand marketplace connecting millions of members across 20+ markets. Its business units also provide shipping services through a network of pickup and drop-off points and secure payments integrated into the Vinted app.

Задачи

• Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring needs and ensure a seamless hiring process
• Lead end-to-end hiring, including job postings, proactive sourcing, interviews, and offers
• Build candidate talent pools through sourcing, job boards, employee referrals, social media, employer branding campaigns, and networking events
• Coach Hiring Managers and Interviewers on hiring techniques and interview best practices
• Track and report hiring metrics
• Analyze recruitment process inefficiencies, identify improvements, and lead workflow enhancements
• Lead Talent Acquisition initiatives, including process improvement projects and recruitment campaigns
• Monitor recruitment trends and candidate evaluation tools

Требования

• Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in a start-up or scale-up
• Proficiency in candidate sourcing using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools
• Experience partnering with Hiring Managers at different levels and coaching and influencing them toward better hiring outcomes
• Ability to interpret talent data and communicate hiring recommendations
• Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and levels
