Job summary

Brooksource, part of Eight Eleven Group, is seeking a Recruiter in Washington, DC to connect top technology and engineering professionals with client opportunities. You will build relationships, partner with the sales team, and manage candidates through sourcing, screening, interviews, and placement.

You will coach candidates, present to clients, and provide onboarding support while thriving in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with opportunities for advancement and earning potential

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Internship, leadership, athletics, or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a network of top professionals through sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.
• Partner with the sales team to understand client hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates through phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Match candidates with opportunities that align with their experience, skills, and career goals.
• Coach candidates through the interview process, including resume guidance, interview preparation, and offer negotiations.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and manage communication throughout the hiring process.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing support to consultants throughout their assignments.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Consistently achieve recruiting activity and placement goals.
