The role involves administration of business applications, telecoms, and mobile devices, with a focus on improving processes and enabling strategic technology initiatives.

You will train users, create guides, and collaborate with IT leadership on projects, while maintaining confidentiality and strong documentation practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred in IT, business, or communications.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience and IT systems experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Proficient in Office 365; able to manipulate data in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT initiatives and support daily IT operations.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement for IT.
• Create user guides and training materials; assist with onboarding.
• Oversee telecoms and mobile device programs including RingCentral.
• Plan meetings and events for the IT department; prepare reports.
