Job summary

Kelly, in partnership with Johnson & Johnson, is hiring an IT Technical Coordinator to oversee project coordination and operational support for site IT activities. This role acts as a backup to the IT Site Leader and ensures technology initiatives are executed effectively across multiple projects and teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT project coordination or IT project management.
• Knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and cybersecurity.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional technical teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple IT projects and site technology initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Maintain project schedules, milestones, action items, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Facilitate project and technical meetings and ensure actions are documented and followed through.
• Coordinate technical activities across infrastructure, networking, applications, cybersecurity, and manufacturing technology.
• Assist the IT Site Leader with project execution and base-business activities.
• Assist in support coordination of day-to-day site IT activities and technology-related issues.
• Work with technical support teams to drive issues toward resolution and communicate status to stakeholders.
