Job summary

Johnson Health Tech is seeking an IT Project Manager who can bring structure to complexity, align cross‑functional teams, and translate large technology initiatives into meaningful business results. You’ll lead technology projects from kickoff through delivery across manufacturing, R&D, IT, supply chain, and leadership, ensuring risks are managed and stakeholders are kept informed.

The role requires managing system integrations, software deployments, infrastructure upgrades, and manufacturing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
3–5 years of IT project management experience in manufacturing/tech.
Experience with system implementations and infrastructure upgrades.
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid PM methodologies.
Experience using PM tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Asana.
Strong communication and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end IT projects, including system integrations, software deployments, infrastructure upgrades, and manufacturing technology improvements.
Build project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, vendors, internal teams, and leadership.
Identify project risks early and develop practical mitigation plans.
Keep project documentation, deliverables, timelines, and post-project reviews organized.
Support change management efforts to adopt new technologies.
Look for ways to improve PM processes and efficiency.
Ensure projects follow company policies and regulatory standards.
