Job summary

Barcel USA LLC is seeking an IT Project Supervisor to lead IT, data, and technology projects. You will develop plans, track milestones, and coordinate resources across IT and business teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budgets and governance.

The role requires a 2-year degree or equivalent experience, PM training such as PMP/CAPM, and strong organizational and communication skills to drive collaboration and accountability across a multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• 2 Year College/University Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• PMP/ CAPM/ Scrum Master or equivalent training preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, risk logs, and issue trackers.
• Coordinate project resources including IT team, business stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
• Proactively monitor progress, identify risks, manage budget and dependencies.
• Facilitate meetings and communicate status, decisions and actions to stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with IT standards, governance, and compliance.
