Job description

This role manages IT shared services projects across multiple business units, locations, and vendor relationships. Responsibilities include maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking dependencies and critical paths, chairing stakeholder meetings, documenting risks and decisions, and keeping governance documentation and tracking tools up to date.

Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, at least 8 years of IT management experience including 5+ years in project management, and strong leadership skills. Familiarity with RICEFW concepts, organizational design, SLA definition, target operating models, and service catalogues is expected. PMP or PRINCE2 certification, CSV process knowledge, and pharmaceutical industry experience are preferred.

This is a remote contract position open to candidates based in the United States.
