Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience as a hands-on Project Manager delivering technical network infrastructure projects with customer-facing experience.
• Ability to plan, organize and drive projects to meet budgets and timelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing project financials and scheduling internal resources.
• Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects of varying size, scope and duration.
• Establish strong client relations and manage interaction and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create detailed project plans, status reports and manage issues, risks, and actions.
• Manage communication, scope and mitigate risk across projects.
• Manage project budget and billing.
• Collaborate across functional teams to deliver solutions for clients.
• Lead client-facing meetings during key project phases.
• Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
• Serve as the escalation point for the customer and Presidio teams.
