Job summary

4over is seeking a Project Manager to lead enterprise initiatives across software implementations and business process improvements. You will coordinate stakeholders, analysts, technology teams, and vendors to deliver on time and on budget.

The role requires strong planning, risk management, and communication skills, with experience in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methods. Travel up to 20% may be required; PMP/CAPM preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus relevant experience.
• 5+ years of project management leading cross-functional initiatives.
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with enterprise technology implementations (CRM, ERP, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transformation initiatives from initiation to adoption.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate readiness activities including requirements reviews and UAT.
• Monitor scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risks.
• Facilitate meetings and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with analysts, business stakeholders, and technology teams across time zones.
