IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
You treat internal stakeholders as clients, and responsiveness is second nature. You acknowledge requests within one business day, even when the answer is "I'll find out." You're a seasoned practitioner who can step into a part-time role and create momentum quickly. You bring structure while budget and priorities are still taking shape. You stay neutral during vendor selection and earn trust by being candid about tradeoffs. You're comfortable moving between PMO leadership, IT, and end users, and you know that a new tool succeeds only when people actually adopt it.
