Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Sr. Digital Product Development Manager to lead an outsourced delivery partner and to be a hands-on technical leader who can design, build, and maintain key platform capabilities.

You will translate business needs into technical plans, govern vendor delivery, and contribute through coding and reviews in an agile environment. The role partners with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to deliver Salesforce-driven solutions, manage risks, and ensure

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in application delivery, software engineering, technical program management, or related digital product roles.
• Experience with Oracle databases and Loan Origination Systems (LOS) supporting credit and funding processes.
• Strong Salesforce platform experience, including configuration, customization, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and enterprise integrations.
• Working knowledge of Java/J2EE and enterprise integration architectures.
• Automotive or financial services industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for Salesforce solutions, establishing plans, priorities, and delivery milestones.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to define scalable solutions aligned with business and enterprise objectives.
• Contribute to solution design, development, integrations, and code quality through architecture reviews and engineering best practices.
• Manage outsourced delivery partners, ensuring alignment on scope, quality, timelines, and deliverables.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical requirements and oversee delivery governance, risks, and dependencies.
• Identify, elevate, and resolve risks, dependencies, and delivery obstacles across teams and vendors.
• Manage scope, timeline, and resource impacts to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
