Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple IT projects in Waterfall environments.
• Ability to develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, issue trackers, and status artifacts.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing budgets, timelines, and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate approximately 4–5 concurrent IT projects from initiation to closeout.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables.
• Define scope, objectives, resources, timelines, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Create RAID logs and proactively manage risks and mitigation plans.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and resource allocations against baselines.
• Coordinate activities across infrastructure, cybersecurity, application development, and vendor teams.
• Facilitate meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare executive status reports, dashboards, and updates.
• Manage vendor and contractor performance and project commitments.
• Conduct closeout activities and lessons learned sessions.
