Qualifications

• Minimum five (10) years managing IT projects of varying size and complexity.
• Experience applying Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience using MS Project, Planner Premium, SharePoint, ServiceNow, or similar PPM dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Assist stakeholders in defining project scope and objectives.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation (plans, requirements, communications, agendas).
• Identify, track, and resolve risks and issues.
• Manage approved changes to scope, schedule, and cost.
• Report project status to management and stakeholders.
• Apply Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
• Monitor project performance using MS Project, Planner Premium, SharePoint, ServiceNow.
• Support PMO governance by coordinating internal reviews and tracking findings.
