Job summary

Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex initiatives within its Mission Technologies division. This role focuses on turning business goals into structured plans, guiding cross-functional teams, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will manage multidisciplinary projects in a high-security environment requiring TS/SCI clearance and CI poly consideration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT Project Management experience on both Agile and Waterfall projects.
• Experience eliciting and documenting functional and technical requirements.
• Active TS/SCI government security clearance required to start; CI poly.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) module required or desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technology projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality.
• Engage stakeholders to gather and refine requirements; develop schedules and resource plans.
• Maintain clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle and communicate progress to leadership.
• Support solution design, vendor coordination, and seamless deployment into operations.
